Sneak Peek News for the Week of 9/18-9/22

Happy Friday!!  MAP testing went very well today, and we will be taking the MAP Reading test next Tuesday due to the storm last week.  I will be having conferences in October, so I look forward to meeting with you then.  I hope you all have a nice weekend and don't forget to read, read, read!!

*Friday, September 15th - Family Night at the Book Fair (4:00-6:00 PM)
*Monday, September 15th - Friday, September 22nd - Fall Book Fair (7:30 AM-3:30 PM)
*Tuesday, September 19th - MAP Reading (10:45 AM)
*Friday, September 22nd - Picture Day, Interims Issued


Test Dates:
*Friday, September 22nd - Math Assessment (Doubles, Fact Families, Addition Properties) 

Important Notes:
*Gatorsize for 2nd graders will be every Monday and Wednesday.  It's from 7:30-7:55. 
*Non-uniform dress day will be every Friday.
*If your child is interested in joining an after school, please see our blog for all of the options. Also, please send me a note or an email if they will be participating in an after-school club.  Thanks so much!
*Next week is our week to do the pledge, school pledge, and lunch choices on the morning show.  Please make sure that your student is in uniform dress to go on the show.
